hi there, despite signing up I have had no Peer access or any email about Peer access, are there problems.

At last however I can get some video - I have had a week of screens and no video - I can start reviewing again.

Since there is no real answer anywhere on the forums or the website about what a peer reviewer is or how to get the privilage I'm assuming it's for people that upload the videos.  I'm sure most peoples profiles have the has signed up to be a peer reviewer tag on it yet they don't see the video.  Can we get some clarification? ...
